Another basic troubleshooting is to restart the computer. Obviously, it did not work for me either. Another solution would be to access the game folder and go to “TS3.exe” and “TS3W.exe”. After which, create a shortcut to the desktop. If you are wondering why two.exe files are there, you only need one. The solution is somewhat trial and error thus, we need to setup those two. One of these files when run will straight away bypass the launcher and directly runs the game.
Sad to say, it still did not work for me. Another solution would be, if you have expansion pack installed is to go to the the expansion pack folder.
