The mod was created by Dan Salvato. The mod is one of the first to run from a memory card, making it usable on non-homebrewed consoles. It works by exploiting the loading procedure of Melee in order to run code. Because of its nature as a save file, it can be easily copied to other memory cards for easy distribution.
